Mr. Zeng began his career at E-Image, where he made history by developing the first fluid head ever produced in China. During his time there, he led the development of several bestselling models, with millions of units sold worldwide. It was also during this period that he invented the counterbalance system that made modern fluid heads significantly more compact and lightweight, without sacrificing performance — a design later adopted by Sachtler.

He went on to design the acclaimed AGILE series for OZEN, now trusted by hundreds of TV stations across the U.S. and around the world, wherever maximum reliability and performance are essential.

Mr. Zeng also played a key role in developing Tilta's CINE series, blending professional-grade stability with modern versatility.

A Founder with a Purpose

In 2019, after decades of helping others build top-tier gear, Mr. Zeng founded SCG – Smooth Camera Gear, with a clear mission:
